Requirement:
-SPM
-18-35 years old
-Run and process the WIP with FIFO.
-100% compliance to SOP in regards with the assigned process which contained in the applicable specifications.
-Produce and achieve output per defined efficiency and machine UPH.
-Operate machines at defined manning ratio.
-Ensure RTI and other monitorings which are defined in specs are followed at all times.

DieAttach/WireBond/SMT Maintenance Technician
Requirement:
-Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering
-Fresh Graduate is acceptable; experience in Die Attach / Wire Bond / SMT equipment maintenance is an added advantage.
-Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
-Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a wide variety of assigned equipment, including troubleshooting and repair, Set-Up, Conversion, installation and modification of equipments.
-Maintain preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
-Assist engineer for programming, project execution, evaluation and engineering data collection.

Document Control Assistant
Requirement:
-Certificate / Diploma Holder or with equivalent experience.
-Good typing skills and equipped with computer software application knowledge.
-Good administrative skill and self motivated.
-Process & coordinate overall customer specification review.
-Acknowledge receipt of customer spec within 24 hours.
-Liase with customer on customer spec related error / problem.
-Register & data entry customer spec infor into Document Control System.
-Perform Documentation Audit on customer spec revision & report audit result to customer.

Shipping / FGI Clerk
Requirement:
-Diploma / Cert in related discipline.
-Perform invoicing transactions in ASEM or customer systems to generate shipment documents.
-Handle order allocation and order planning activities to ensure all customer shipment are shipped out on schedule.
-Prepare and generate airwaybills manually or via system when using courier services for shipment.
-Handle basic communications with internal/external customers with regard to shipment issues.
-Send ship alerts to customers via email after shipments are picked up by forwarders.

Test Equipment Technician
Requirement:
-Diploma in related discipline.
-Provide immediate test equipment setup as per spec requirement within allocated period of time, with full ownership and completed with no quality impact, mechanical and electrical yields loss on WIP through provided STD units and dummy units verification. Mandatory follows up to ensure WIP meeting mechanical and electrical first pass yield requirement.
-Responsible for manufacturing equipment failures, provide immediate repair and complete within reasonable period. Responsible during and after repair with no quality impact, mechanical and electrical yields loss.
-Mandatory follow up on WIP mechanical failure after resume production, complete documentation IF expected WIP impact on provided TT in RTI repair column, log root causes and corrective action into provided soft copy file located at maintenance PC. Immediate highlight to supervisor for abnormalities.
-Perform face to face passover before start of and end of shift to clearly spell out action and step taken/follow up. The incoming shift must have the ownership to take up and responsible for status update.
-Inform shift coordinator for any major failures and clearly document in equipment log book (enhance eData System).
-Highlight abnormality to supervisor and follow up the action plan.

Test Product Technician
Requirement:
-Diploma in related discipline
-Perform low yield, QA, O/S, lot variance analysis, confirmation, disposition and reporting to customer on both FT & WS).
-Perform test program and test hardware checkout and release on both FT & W/Sort.
-Support qualification work / project for example test time collection, tester checkout, assembly or reliability qual.
-Able to analyze certain failure on program related to device or HW or OS issue convert pins for FA.
-Assist engineer for new product transfer (New product correlation, characterization & qualification lot testing).
